Hi! I’m Chef Evelyn,

And I’ve been teaching recreational cooking classes since 2010.

Once I started teaching cooking classes, I knew that I was home. I found the perfect mix of cooking, entertaining, feeding people and bringing people together, all while sharing my love of food.

When I found out how profitable cooking classes were, how much fun they were AND how they allowed me to have control over my time, I was hooked.

From online classes and courses, cooking classes in my clients’ homes, Corporate cooking demonstrations to running an award winning cooking school, and being the Resident Chef at Sur la Table and Central Market, I’ve done it all.

Over the years, I’ve taught more than 20,000 people how to cook. And what I can tell you from experience is that there are some specific strategies that go into having a successful cooking class business.

Whether you want a full time cooking class business or you just want to add cooking classes as part of what you are already doing, I’m excited to have you in this crash course so that I can share my experience with you to get you closer to your goals
